The buyer orders the goods www.citassveces.lv indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the goods using the payment tools embedded in the website. !!!

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME:   

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. In the event of a change, we will contact you personally. Delivery time depends on the place of delivery and the service provider. 

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Orders are sent by parcel machine. The delivery fee is 4 EUR regardless of the size and weight of the package. We offer free delivery for purchases over 50 EUR in Latvia.

Delivery to Lithuania EUR 8.5

Delivery time can take 3-7 working days. We are currently working with omniva service provider. Orders can also be received on site at 20 Raina Street. In Jelgava and Ozolnieki cities, delivery to the door of the house is possible in the amount of 3 EUR.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Upon the Buyer's request, the Seller shall send the cancellation letter form to the Buyer by e-mail.  The buyer has the right to refuse the product by sending a letter of withdrawal to the seller within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. All costs incurred when returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if he has used the product. Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or withhold compensation in case the product is damaged by negligent handling of the product during use or by not following the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or its packaging is significantly damaged. 

DATA PROCESSING: 

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
